Communication & Timelines

All coaching communication happens inside the EverFit app.

My response hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 6PM EST. You are welcome to message me anytime, any messages received outside of my response hours will be replied to within one business day.

What I expect from you: Open and honest communication is everything. If something feels hard, overwhelming, or off — send me a message before it becomes unmanageable. That's what I'm here for.

Weekly check-in forms are assigned as a task in EverFit and are due every Friday by 3PM EST. If you have a check-in call scheduled, your form is due the night before by 6PM EST — this gives me time to review and come prepared. You will receive your Loom check-in videos back on Friday’s. Late check-ins without advance notice may be delayed or forfeited.

Progress photos are due every Saturday via EverFit. Body measurements are due every other Saturday via EverFit. Both will be assigned as a task in EverFit on your schedule.

My Coaching Process

Each week includes an educational module with daily tasks — forms, journal reflections, videos, and articles. These are designed to complement your nutrition and training. Share your thoughts in the task comments; the more you engage with the material, the more you'll get out of it.

Nutrition: I'll build a personalized nutrition plan based on your goals and schedule. We'll review and adjust it based on your check-in metrics & goals. I will never make changes based on feelings, only data & science backed practices. This is why logging and doing your progress photos & measurements is so important.

Training: Your workouts are assigned directly to your EverFit schedule, built around your goals, schedule, and equipment.

Support: Message me anytime in EverFit. I also encourage you to use the EverFit Community Forum — wins, questions, struggles, tips. You don't have to do this alone.

Weekly Group Call: Fridays at 8AM EST (30–60 min). Each call gives you a chance to share wins, opportunities & questions. One week each month is Coffee & Conversations — no agenda, just community. If you are unable to join, the calls are recorded and stored in your On Demand Resources inside EverFit.

Weekly Check-In: After you submit your form, I'll send a Loom video reviewing your week, progress, adjustments, and focus areas for the week ahead.

Monthly Check-In: 1:1 call to go deeper — review progress, work through challenges, and adjust your plan. Schedule here. If you are struggling and need more support, please do not hesitate to message me or schedule a call - that’s what I’m here for!



Your First Week’s Checklist

Getting Started in EverFit

EverFit is where everything lives — your workouts, nutrition plan, check-ins, messaging, resources, and community. We'll stop using email once you're set up in the app.

Download from the App Store or Google Play and join using the link emailed to you.

Progress Photos & Measurements

Tracking Progress Beyond the Scale

The scale is one data point — not the whole picture. We'll also track how your clothes fit, your energy, sleep quality, strength, and how you feel. Progress photos and measurements give us an honest, objective look at what's actually changing.

Progress Photos(due every Saturday in EverFit) Take these at the same time each week — right after waking up and using the bathroom works well. Wear snug shorts and a sports bra or bathing suit. Don't suck in or flex — natural stance is what we're looking for.

  • Weekly: front-facing photo

  • Monthly: add a side photo (arm raised, zombie-style) and a back photo (relaxed, arms at sides)

I know photos aren't always comfortable at first. Trust the process — there will come a time when you're excited to see how far you've come.

Body Measurements(due every other Saturday in EverFit) You'll need a soft tape measure. Take measurements right after waking up and using the bathroom for consistency. Review this measurement guide before you start



Payment Policy

As outlined in your contract:

Recurring Payments Monthly coaching services are charged to the card on file every 30 days. Your commitment is 6 months, with ongoing month-to-month support after that. To discontinue after your contract period, 30 days' written notice is required via email to jyss@holisticallyyoucoaching.com.

Late Payments Past-due amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the highest rate permitted by law.

Refunds To honor your commitment and my commitment to all clients, I do not offer refunds.



Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't make a group call? All group calls are recorded and added to your On Demand Resources in EverFit so you can catch up anytime. If you have questions or wins to share, send them to me before the call.

I travel a lot — can I still do my workouts? Yes! I'll account for your schedule and equipment availability when building your program. Your On Demand Resources also include hotel gym and no-equipment workouts available anytime.

I've never tracked macros before — is that required? Not at all. Your nutrition plan is built around your goals, schedule, and experience level. We'll find what works for you.
